ВПЛИВ ЗАПАЛЬНИХ ЗАХВОРЮВАНЬ ОРГАНІВ МАЛОГО ТАЗУ НА ЯКІСТЬ ЖИТТЯ ПАЦІЄНТОК РЕПРОДУКТИВНОГО ВІКУ

Запальні захворювання органів малого таза є однією з провідних проблем сучасної гінекології, що має суттєві медичні та соціальні наслідки для жінок репродуктивного віку. Вони характеризуються інфекційним ураженням верхніх відділів статевих шляхів і асоціюються з підвищеним ризиком розвитку безпліддя, позаматкової вагітності, хронічного тазового болю та порушень психоемоційного стану. Сукупність цих ускладнень значно впливає на якість життя пацієнток, обмежуючи їх фізичне, психологічне та соціальне функціонування. Метою даної статті є узагальнення сучасних наукових даних щодо впливу запальних захворювань органів малого таза на якість життя жінок репродуктивного віку. У роботі проаналізовано літературні джерела, присвячені віддаленим наслідкам ЗЗОМТ, зокрема порушенням репродуктивної функції, формуванню безпліддя, хронічного больового синдрому та їх зв’язку з психологічним благополуччям і соціальною адаптацією пацієнток. Результати огляду свідчать, що перспектива майбутнього безпліддя є одним із найбільш значущих факторів, які негативно впливають на якість життя жінок із ЗЗОМТ. Встановлено суттєву варіабельність у сприйнятті безпліддя залежно від демографічних, культурних та репродуктивних характеристик, а також від попереднього досвіду проблем із зачаттям. Значна частина жінок, особливо з соціально вразливих груп, не звертається за спеціалізованою медичною допомогою через фінансові, організаційні та інформаційні бар’єри, що додатково погіршує прогноз і якість життя. Отримані дані підкреслюють необхідність комплексного підходу до ведення пацієнток із ЗЗОМТ, який має включати не лише своєчасне лікування інфекційного процесу, а й заходи, спрямовані на збереження фертильності, психологічну підтримку та покращення доступу до репродуктивної медичної допомоги. Подальші дослідження у цьому напрямку є важливими для розробки ефективних профілактичних і реабілітаційних стратегій, спрямованих на підвищення якості життя жінок репродуктивного віку
