CONCEPT OF SOCIAL MATURITY DEVELOPMENT OF MEDICAL COLLEGE STUDENTS

The article presents the theoretical basis for the development of social maturity of students in the medical college. Key concepts are defined (social maturity, professionally oriented activity, educational potential, professionally oriented disciplines, enrichment of the process of teaching professionally oriented disciplines to medical college students). The position of axiological, acmeological, social-personal, subject-activity and context-competence approaches is considered. The article presents the leading idea of the concept, which is the actualization and activation of the educational potential of professionally oriented activities of medical college students. The basic provisions of the concept are formulated: the process of teaching professionally oriented disciplines is carried out through meaningful (social, emotional, structural) enrichment; development of professional activity is carried out with the help of quasi-professional and educationalprofessional activities, taking into account socio-cultural and standard-competence factors; the mechanism of development of social maturity is presented as identification and personalization; professional-pedagogical support is presented in various directions (guardianship, mentoring, partnership, cooperation) and is carried out on the basis of the principles of targeting the future, orientation to the value attitude to the profession, activity education and social interaction; organizational and pedagogical conditions include the transformation of educational activity into a professional one, creation of educational problem situations, organization of social interaction of students. The article describes the stages (adaptive-professional and professional-personal), methods and forms of development of students' social maturity.
