LEGAL AND REGULATORY BASIS OF THE PRAXEOLOGICAL COMPETENCE FORMATION PROCESS OF FUTURE MASTERS IN DENTISTRY

The article deals with the legal aspects of the process of praxeological competence formation of future masters in dentistry. The practical training of a future doctor is a multi-level and multi-component process, which consists of the preclinical part based on modern simulation learning technology and work with a real patients. The vast majority of students are not satisfied with the level of practical training in a medical institution of higher education. But future doctors don`t pay enough attention for the problem of legal responsibility in this part of their education. As the monitoring of the research problem showed, the awareness of future masters in dentistry, at least partial, about the legislative framework that regulates their practical training is extremely low. Students do not have information about their own rights and obligations in the process of clinical work, the consequences of violating the requirements for the protection of patient rights, do not sign any documents on the preservation of the medical confidentiality and current information about the patient, do not realize the urgency of the requirement to work only under the guidance of an authorized person. At the same time, the modernization of higher education requires clarification of the current legislative framework, which indicates the permitting acts that provide future doctors with the acquisition of clinical work experience to fulfill the requirements of the State Educational Standard. Among them are the mastery of quite complex manipulations, skills for which, according to students opinion, cannot be provided only on the basis of training at simulative learning technology.Based on the analysis of the available scholarly sources was have been found documents that regulate practical training and the formation of praxeological competence of MMC in the legislative field.Also have been identified problems that require further resolution.
