A search was conducted for scientific publications, international recommendations on first aid (without limitation on the period of limitation of publication), which address the issue of first aid for chest pain of non-traumatic origin. The search strategy included a web search on Google for practical recommendations (protocols) for emergency medical dispatchers in English containing instructions for first aid for chest pain intended to be provided to victims or witnesses by telephone (combination of keywords: (EMS) AND (dispatch OR dispatcher OR telecommunicator) AND (instructions OR guidance)). A structured comparative analysis of the relevant first aid guidelines and instructions was performed. A number of international guidelines were found and included in the analysis, which address the issue of providing first aid for chest pain. An overview of the main provisions of the recommendations characterizing the modern principles and methods of providing first aid is given. Recognition of chest pain as a potential manifestation of myocardial ischemia is important for the correct and timely provision of care. Conclusions were made regarding the implementation in the country of the practice of algorithmic remote support of PD by dispatchers of the SMD should ensure an additional increase in the frequency, efficiency and correctness of providing PD to victims with chest pain and contribute to the reduction of mortality in acute myocardial ischemia.
